A portable component. May be installed on parts to add unique behaviours.

It is a non-flammable solid.

It cannot be resized.

It has infinite durability and a default size of 1.70x0.55x2.25.

This event never seems to fire, only tested on the deprecated Blade part, though.

The variadic parameter is unknown. It can be anything.
